About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Solution Lead to join our team at CAE, a global leader in training and simulation solutions for the defense sector.

This key role will lead the development of comprehensive integrated training solutions that meet the complex needs of our customers worldwide. As part of a small team of senior training development experts, you will collaborate closely with domain experts, industry partners, and customers to design and deliver cutting-edge training programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training development and delivery, with experience in leading large-scale projects and teams. A minimum of 15 years of related experience is required, with a focus on the defense sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the definition of fully integrated training solutions from customer interactions to contract award
  • Act as the main focal point and Design Authority for all stakeholders, including customers and end-users
  • Participate in training product R&D road map definitions to outline strategies for meeting customer training needs
  • Provide leadership to Capture Teams on large training system integration opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of related experience in industry and/or military service, with 10 years focused on training development and delivery
  • Canadian Forces experience highly desirable
  • Relevant experience leading large training development, training integration or engineering projects
  • Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
