About the RoleThis is a highly respected position within our organization, responsible for leading the definition of integrated training solutions and acting as Design Authority. You will also participate in training product R&D road map definitions and provide leadership to Capture Teams on large training system integration opportunities.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you must have at least 15 years of related experience, knowledge of training development processes, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to obtain and retain Canadian and NATO Secret Security Clearances.
