We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at San Remo Restaurant Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including front-of-house staff and management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
