Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in highly consultative phone calls, both inbound and outbound
  • Connect with customers to provide financial solutions and build trusting relationships

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in a high-volume contact centre environment
  • Proficiency in typing 30 words per minute
  • Able to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent negotiation, listening, and objection handling skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability between Monday and Saturday, 9am-10pm
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
