Client Service Representative

Medicentres Canada Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Call Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, while also supporting our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our clinics, including mail management, cheque deposit preparation, and various delivery/pick up tasks.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide ongoing support, training, and coverage of other positions as needed.
- Assist with projects, including document preparation, marketing items, and promotional pieces.
- Process medical documents during the e-filing procedure.
- Greet and check-in clients for appointments, ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Book appointments and complete accompanying documentation, including processing payments.
- Successful completion of a business administration or medical administration certificate is considered an asset.
- Demonstrate a typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
- Previous experience working in a Call Centre or customer service-related employment is considered an asset.
- Professional demeanor over the phone and in person.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
