About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Goodluck Security Inc.

Job Description
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • They will also carry out administrative activities of the establishment, co-ordinate and plan for office services, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports.
  • In addition, they will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, perform data entry, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work 35 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment. They will have access to modern technology and equipment, as well as a supportive team of colleagues.
