Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at CANADA LTD. in a permanent position.

About the Job

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and coordinating various office functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seminar and Conference Coordination: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise other workers and train them to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines that promote efficiency and productivity.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Enquiries: Answer electronic enquiries from customers and stakeholders.
  • Communication Strategies: Oversee the development of communication strategies to promote the company's brand and values.
  • Data Compilation: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business needs.
  • Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
