At Namaste Indian Supermarket Windsor, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead our organizational development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management and be able to allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, as well as coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments. They will also establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
  • Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegating necessary authority
  • Establishing financial and administrative controls and formulating promotional campaigns

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be flexible, organized, and a team player. They will also have a strong understanding of business management principles and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
