Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President, Client Relationships to assist our Business Development Team in executing fund marketing strategies and capital raising for ACM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing all marketing and sales strategies for ACM funds, including:

  • Undertaking research, updating, and maintaining ACM's database of leads and contacts, focusing on key markets;
  • Aiding in the development of marketing materials, with translations to French, in compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Executing a disciplined lead generation program involving targeted research, emails, phone calls, and follow-ups;
  • Providing in-person and remote presentations to prospects as required in French or English;
  • Implementing all relationship management programs, including annual lunches and special events for clients;
  • In conjunction with the Client Servicing Team, tracking updates to client accounts and requests for servicing;
  • Delivering customized monthly, quarterly, and annual updates to investment advisors and other current clients as required in French and/or English;
  • Networking at industry conferences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role or with similar attributes in the investment management industry;
  • Bachelor of Commerce, or equivalent;
  • CFA charter holder or MBA is an asset;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
  • Prior experience in commercial mortgages and with Microsoft Dynamics CRM are bonuses;
