Job Description:

The Project Director, Clinical Transformation will lead the implementation of complex clinical transformation projects that enhance care capacity and improve patient access across our regional health system. This role will drive initiatives that strengthen GRH's capacity to meet growing demand for specialized healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee project plans to drive clinical transformation projectsFoster cross-functional collaboration among stakeholdersEnsure sustainable, high-quality care delivery that aligns with GRH's strategic objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a related field
  • Registered and in good standing with a clinical regulatory body
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare project management
  • Demonstrated success in leading clinical or operational transformation projects
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
