Healthcare Support Representative

Cloud DX, Inc. is a leading provider of digital health solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Patient Support Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and clinicians, ensuring they receive the support needed to confidently use our innovative products.
About the Role
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the experience for patients, clinicians, and clients.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, triaging or escalating issues when necessary.
- Record interactions and correspondence accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system during compliance calls.
- Follow up with customers and make scheduled callbacks as required.
- Assist with internal support tickets by assigning, determining next steps, and escalating priority issues when needed.
- Stay up-to-date on system information, updates, and changes.
- Guide clinicians and clients on the proper use of Cloud DX equipment and software.
