At Grand River Hospital, we are embarking on a transformative journey to build the future of care together. As a Strategic Change Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this vision by leading organizational development and change initiatives across our merged hospitals.

We seek an experienced professional with a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing change management strategies that drive business process improvements, system enhancements, and job role transformations. Your expertise will be invaluable in equipping leaders, staff, and physicians to engage and embed changes effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An undergraduate degree in business administration, industrial-organizational psychology, human resources, or a related field.
  • Change Management and Coaching Certifications or willingness to pursue these certifications.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a formal leadership role.
  • A minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in organizational change and engagement efforts.
  • SIGNIFICANT exposure and applied expertise in leadership coaching, stakeholder consultation, employee engagement, and feedback strategies, as well as user experience design.
  • Experience with psychometrics and employee listening strategies is essential.
  • Strong internal consulting and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional social intelligence to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work with senior leadership.
  • Healthcare experience is desired.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including a thorough onboarding program, ongoing training and development opportunities, access to our Ongoing Education Fund, career mentorship, and wellness programs.
