About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K convenience store. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Merchandising: Order merchandise, authorize payments, and resolve issues related to returns and exchanges.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues, providing guidance and support as needed, and communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable and willing to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
