Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

R P C Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet business objectives.
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:

Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on excellent customer service. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
