About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Eagle Mart. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties, providing guidance, and addressing performance issues.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store appearance, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including supply shortages, customer complaints, and employee conflicts.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
