At HIGHLAND FARMS, we are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that involves overseeing the daily operations of our sales department. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 sales staff, setting work schedules, and ensuring that all sales targets are met.

We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in managing sales teams. You should have a strong understanding of sales strategies and be able to analyze sales data to make informed decisions.

The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales management or a related field. You will also need to have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5-10 sales staff

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
