Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a key member of our kitchen operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely delivery of food to customers.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train on the job.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
