Food Service Manager

Ontario Inc is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Recruit and hire food service staff to meet business needs.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
- Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
