Food Service Manager

Ontario Inc is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure that our team is equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure that our food and service meet the highest expectations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure that our menu offerings are aligned with customer preferences and dietary needs.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
