We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.
Job SummaryThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development programs
- Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies
- Develop and implement menus, pricing, and promotions
- Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring efficient use of staff
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. hospitality, food service management)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with customers, staff, and management.
