About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Meatings Barbecue. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient kitchen systems and procedures to meet our high standards of quality and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train and develop our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
- Ensure that our kitchen is a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
- Proven track record of success in implementing efficient kitchen systems and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
