Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Pure Kitchen Kanata. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Staff Management: Train and develop the skills of our kitchen staff, including cooking techniques, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work Schedules: Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring that all kitchen staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
