Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Budget Coordinator to join our team at Global Education Group Inc. This is a permanent position with 37.5 hours of work per week.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and at least 1 year of experience in budget planning, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Train staff on budget planning and management best practices;
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in budget planning or a related field;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
