Job Summary: The successful candidate will provide financial analysis and planning support to the University's overall budget, focusing on ancillary fee revenue management.


About This Role:



  • Ancillary Fee Management: Oversee the first round of submissions for the upcoming fiscal year, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with divisions to develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, leveraging advanced Excel skills and data analysis techniques.
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including departments and faculty members, to ensure seamless budget planning and implementation.
  • File Management and Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by organizing files in a designated directory, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:



  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

    • MS Office: Advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel, with proficiency in data modeling and analysis.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Compensation and Benefits:



  • Salary Range: $49.35 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
