Job Summary

Qualifications
  • Current registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
  • Practical knowledge of pharmacology and current best practice clinical guidelines
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to identify and solve drug-related problems
  • Excellent medication counseling skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work effectively in an interprofessional team environment
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and assess situations efficiently and effectively
