At Gaetz Fresh Market, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in a permanent full-time position. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include:

Administrative Duties
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure the timely distribution of mail and other materials to the relevant personnel.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize our operations.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to find the best talent for our team.
Communication and Customer Service
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders in a prompt and courteous manner.
Organizational and Administrative Support
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support our business decisions.
  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including typing and proofreading correspondence and other documents.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Ability to multitask, organized, client focus, and time management.
