Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive team environment, driving sales and profit growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Leadership: Provide guidance and support to store staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Sales and Profit Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profit growth, including merchandise planning, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop top talent, providing opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent, with post-secondary education an asset.
- Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and profit growth.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Competitive Salary: $48,000 - $53,000 per year, depending on experience.
