Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Performance: Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and profit targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Merchandise Management: Implement effective merchandise strategies to drive sales and improve inventory turnover.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the Store Manager, District Manager, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset.
- Experience: Proven retail experience, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
