The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be registered with OPSWA or willing to obtain registration, and have current First Aid certification (CPR/First Aid AED level C). Additionally, they must be flexible, a team player with a positive attitude, and fully vaccinated with booster shots as required by clients. They must also have negative 2-step TB test results and/or chest X-ray within six months, along with full immunization records.
