About the Role

This role requires an experienced Integration Specialist to join our Integration Services team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting new MealSuite clients and internal teams during the onboarding process with EMR integrations, setup, testing, and troubleshooting connection issues.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the onboarding of new MealSuite clients (EMR Integrations, setup, testing, discovery calls)
  • Provide tier 2 support for integration and connection issues (VPN, ADT settings, API disconnects)
  • Create documentation (escalated concerns, setup configurations, triage support, customer settings)
  • Proactively monitor HL7 and API connections and server resources
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Experience teams to develop and execute innovative processes
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Knowledge of healthcare software integrations and EMR systems
  • A degree in Health Administration, Information Management or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of training and professional experience in a customer-facing setting
  • Knowledge and experience with HL7 2.3 and above, including variations between vendors and clients
  • Professional experience working with ADT order messages in HL7
  • Understanding of APIs and communication protocols
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices
  • Experience creating technical documentation
  • Ideal knowledge of dietetics/foodservice in healthcare environments
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and address gaps in business requirements
  • Proven experience providing guidance and support to team members
  • Ability to occasionally travel and valid passport
