Rapid Healthcare Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met in a permanent, 30-35 hour per week role.

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the company's standards.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating office services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release under access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. They will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
