COUNTRY CARRIER is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively with our team members.
Responsibilities- Office Management: Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring all materials and supplies are readily available.
- Communication: Respond to telephone calls, electronic enquiries, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office software.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our system, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office software.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
