Warehouse Operations Specialist

Salary: The hourly rate for this role starts at $20, with opportunities for overtime pay at 1.5x the hourly rate. Annual pay for new hires generally ranges between $42,000 and $52,000 or more, depending on experience, overtime hours worked, and bonuses.
Job Description: As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing shipping orders, verifying documentation, picking orders, pulling products, and preparing them for shipment. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as one year of warehouse experience. Forklift experience is a plus, and proficiency with a tablet or iPad is required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
