Our team of 700+ staff sees clients virtually and physically from our downtown Toronto and Oakville clinics. We are seeking a Full-Time Radiologic Technologist to join our high-performance clinical team.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will be responsible for performing X-ray and bone density exams for clients during their Annual Health Assessment and other services at Medcan.

You will also assist with facilitating the flow of patients through the Clinic and coordinating with other staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service. This role requires superior organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Patient preparation for and performance of X-ray and Bone Density scans following the required guidelines for the procedures.
  2. Record and process patient data
  3. Operate equipment, and perform and document basic quality control checks on equipment
  4. Maintain radiographic equipment
  5. Update, file and maintain client information
  6. Review of written reports and discussion with physicians and radiologists
Requirements
  • Certification with the CMRITO and General Radiography experience
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
  • Superior patient care and customer service skills
