We have a team of 700+ staff who see clients virtually and physically from our clinics in downtown Toronto and Oakville. Our rostered practice model provides opportunities for dedicated physicians like you to focus on exceptional patient care while enjoying market-leading compensation and incentives.
The RoleAs a Dedicated Care Physician, Rostered Family Practice at Medcan Health Management, you will take on a relatively small number of patients where you will focus on in-depth compassionate and preventative primary care. You will build strong relationships with your patients, taking the time to understand all interconnected aspects of their health and wellness journey.
You will uncover insights from same-day testing conducted by our dedicated team to provide clinical recommendations and health guidance for your patients. Your well-rounded clinical and wellness diagnoses and treatment plans will utilize our extensive referral partners.
We encourage engagement with and learning from our extensive team through daily lunches, on-site continuing medical education, and all other innovative product development initiatives.
What You'll Need- A strong service-minded approach to providing excellent comprehensive care
- An empathetic and collaborative working style to engage our diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
- Commitment to working at Medcan for a minimum two (2-3) days per week and one consistent Saturday per month
- Ability to begin taking on patients at a manageable pace after three (3) months of onboarding and orientation
