We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team at the Borgata Event Centre by Avani. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef to oversee kitchen operations and lead a team of culinary professionals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality cuisine, and the ability to manage kitchen staff effectively.

This is a full-time position, working approximately 30 hours per week. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional results.
  • • Order supplies and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all staff and customers.
