Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef Manager to lead our kitchen operations at Universal Event Space.

As an Executive Chef Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our clients. This includes preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, as well as special meals for patients as instructed by dietitians or chefs.

You will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, ordering supplies and equipment, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will manage kitchen operations, including managing staff and ensuring that all food is prepared safely and efficiently.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized and reliable, and be able to work under pressure. You must also be a team player and have the ability to train and supervise others.
