We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Secretary to join our team at the Niagara Regional Medical Clinic. As a Medical Secretary, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Patient Care: Coordinate the flow of information, interview patients to obtain case histories, and schedule appointments.
  • Administrative Support: Open and distribute mail, maintain filing systems, and order supplies.
  • Communication: Enter and format medical reports, prepare spreadsheets, and provide customer service.
  • Team Support: Train staff in procedures, initiate and maintain confidential medical files, and prepare draft agendas for meetings.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Skills: MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Outlook.
