Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients within your designated region.
  • Sell our RaaSS model, offering businesses a cost-effective, subscription-based recruitment solution.
  • Leverage your existing network and book of business to build strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in target sectors, positioning destinationone as the go-to recruitment solution.
  • Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up with potential clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in Municipal, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profit, Public Accounting, Legal, or Food sectors is essential.
  • Experience in sales within staffing, service industry, or consulting is an asset.
  • A ready book of business in any of the sectors we serve is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment services, particularly in the North American market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
