Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
    • Plan and execute menu items, including preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
    • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results and high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of menu planning and execution.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, including staff training and development.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands.
