About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Plant Process Technician to join our team at 1823 Consulting Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Water Treatment Systems: Ensure the efficient operation of water treatment systems, including disinfection, oxidation, and pumping systems.
  • Monitor and Analyze Water Quality: Conduct regular water quality tests and analyze results to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including equipment repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent certificate or diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in water treatment plant operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and relevant certifications in water treatment plant operations.
