About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Digital Growth Strategy to join our team at Digital Hot Sauce Inc. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Lead and manage paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
  3. Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad content, landing pages, and creative assets.
  5. Provide strategic direction on ad platforms, targeting, placements, and creative assets.
  6. Set up and manage conversion tracking and attribution for paid marketing channels.
  7. Audit and troubleshoot performance-related issues in campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  8. Report regularly on key performance metrics to stakeholders and the wider team.
  9. Contribute to the development and improvement of systems, processes, and workflows related to paid marketing channels.
  10. Lead and mentor team members, providing feedback on campaign buildouts and strategic direction.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on managing Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
  2. Proven ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high attention to detail.
  4. Experience in agency settings or diverse experiences in paid marketing management.
  5. Comfort with client-facing roles, with the ability to discuss strategy, processes, and results confidently.
  6. Proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
