Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Grandview Management Corp. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, reliability, and time management skills.

Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
