As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Office Administration: Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, reliability, and time management skills.
