Job Summary

AST Logistics GmbH is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing general office tasks, organizing documents and files, managing emails and calendars, scheduling appointments, and assisting with reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and documents.
  • Manage and coordinate email and calendar systems.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Assist with preparing and editing reports and other documents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
