Job Summary

Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of computer systems and software
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues reported and resolutions provided
  • Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
