Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Canada Micro Services Incorporated. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
