Cleaning Team Lead Position in Winnipeg

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in Winnipeg, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will oversee cleaning operations and ensure all facilities meet high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily activities, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

- Staff Development: Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance, fostering growth and improvement within the team.

- Client Relations: Resolve any client concerns or complaints regarding cleaning services, maintaining strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
