About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled **Vice President of Financial Operations** to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities that drive profitability and operational efficiency within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leaders and business units, ensuring effective decision-making and maximizing performance.
  • Cash Flow Management: Drive cash collection processes, manage working capital, and optimize liquidity and financial stability.
  • Operational Efficiency: Conduct reviews of revenue, expense cycles, and other metrics to identify performance issues and areas for profitability improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial internal controls and regulatory requirements, mitigating financial risks through effective controls and processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of varied and progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role working closely with operations.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices; in-depth knowledge of optimizing business financial performance; proficiency in fiscal management principles and processes.
