As an Office Coordinator at EcoClean Maids Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance our service delivery.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
- Organize and facilitate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Oversee contract management and compliance.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
- Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
- Manage office supply orders and maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations.
- Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the digital database effectively.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 hours per week of commitment. The primary work language is English.
